We are sorry to hear you are having an issue with one of our products. We would like to rectify the situation.

There are two options:

1) The easiest way would be to return for the place of purchase. Since we have return agreements with most of our customers, this usually should be the easiest way.

2) If this isn’t possible, you can send us the product you would like to return and we will do our best to send a new one at our cost. Please note that since this product was not purchased directly from us, we unfortunately are not able to provide prepaid labels.

This can either be found on the box just about the bar code, or can be found stamped on the bottom of the toy. This usually has a tracking number as well as date of manufacture. (upload box)
